We're Hiring: Software Engineer – Workforce Management Solutions

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Software Engineer to join our Workforce Management development team and help shape the next generation of our cloud-based contact center solutions.

In this role, you will work alongside talented engineers, architects, and product managers to build scalable, high-performance features on top of AWS using Java, Python, and various AWS services. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end cloud features using Java, Python, and AWS services
• Optimize application components for performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and product quality activities
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment as part of a cross-functional agile team

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (GPA 85+)
• At least 1 year of software development experience - Must
• Strong understanding of OOP and OOD principles - Must
• Excellent programming skills, preferably in Java - Must
• Experience with client/server-oriented systems – Must
• Experience with cloud environments (SaaS) – Must
• Knowledge of JavaScript and Angular – advantage
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English - Must
