About the Role
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong systems and operations background—and ideally deep PostgreSQL expertise—to join our team. You’ll help design, build, and maintain infrastructure that powers our platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and security at scale.
This is an opportunity to work in a modern AWS-native environment using Kubernetes, GitOps practices, and manage critical data infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Build and optimize Kubernetes clusters and workloads using Helm and ArgoCD
Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD)
Implement monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across systems, networks, and applications
Administer, tune, and optimize PostgreSQL databases
Enhance security and compliance using AWS native tools and best practices
Support and mentor the DevOps team, sharing best practices and knowledge
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response (Day time only)

Who You Are
Must-Have
Deep experience in Linux systems administration and operational troubleshooting
Strong expertise with AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, ELB, Route 53, API GW, Cognito)
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL administration, including:
Installation and configuration
Performance tuning
Query analysis
Replication and HA setups
Backup and recovery strategies
Proficient with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Experience writing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
Skilled in CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
Comfortable with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Groovy or Go)
Good understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, firewalls, load balancing)
Solid grasp of security fundamentals and compliance in the cloud
Nice-to-Have
Experience with GitOps practices (ArgoCD)
Experience with cost optimization and FinOps
