We are looking for an Algorithm Team Leader to join our team!

What your day will look like?

Leading a team of algorithm developers and data science researchers.

Developing advanced solutions for complex problems in the intelligence domain.

Managing and overseeing projects from the research phase through to implementation.

Mentoring algorithm developers and engineers, including evaluation and professional development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant scientific/engineering field.
• Experience in intelligence research – mandatory.
• At least three years of experience managing a development team, including mentoring, training, and team development – mandatory.
• Familiarity with machine learning technologies, neural networks, and deep learning – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and creativity.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and creativity.
