We are seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Team Manager to join our highly skilled team.

What Will You Do?

• Lead a team of talented developers working on our cutting-edge counter-drone web platform.
• Design and implement end-to-end features using modern technologies.
• Own the team’s delivery, code quality, and development processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, QA, and other R&D teams.
• Mentor and guide engineers on both technical and professional growth.
• Play a key role in architecture decisions and contribute to continuous improvement in development methodology and system design.
• Balance hands-on development (up to 30%) with team leadership responsibilities.
  
  

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years in a team leadership or tech-lead role.
• Experience with backend development in Python and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
