We are looking for a talented Full Stack Manager to join our Team. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll join to code and lead engineers in an empowered product squad. You’ll play a big part in architecting and developing the company's system and our applications stack and work with the team to plan, shape, and deliver impactful outcomes.

As a leader in the team, you are expected to work in one box with your product manager and lead designer and grow the engineers personally and professionally.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience working as a Full-Stack or Front-End Developer in product-centric companies.
• A thoughtful problem solver - see a problem, understand the context, and work towards a clean solution.
• Strong product mastery: put users at the center - empathy and patience to understand our users needs and expectations and the balance between product, sales, and operations.
• Experience cultivating engineering practices and processes—e.g., code review, incident management, continuous deployment—where they didn't exist or scale before.
• led or managed engineering teams at startups before, particularly during periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related subject.
