About the Role

ELTA’s Software Center is looking for a Software Project Manager to lead the development of command-and-control (C4I) software products for defense systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a C4I software product across several strategic projects.

• Translating system engineering requirements into detailed user stories for development and QA teams.

• Building and maintaining a product roadmap and sprint plans in accordance with project requirements.

• Deep system and technical understanding of the product.

• Managing the software product lifecycle: backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and execution.

• Matrix leadership of development, QA, and integration teams.

• Close collaboration with system engineers to deliver efficient and high-quality software solutions.

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field – required.

• 2+ years of experience leading software development teams (client-server, Web or Desktop applications) – required.

• 1–2 years of experience as a Software Project Manager or Software Product Manager – required.

• Hands-on background in software development – required.

• Experience working with defense systems – an advantage.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles – an advantage.

• Business acumen and ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• High-level communication skills in Hebrew and English.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
