About UsNeoLogic is a unique fabless semiconductors startup. We develop cutting edge processors to address the ever-increasing workloads of next generation AI data centers.
About the RoleWe’re seeking a visionary Server CPU Chief Architect to lead the architectural definition and technical direction of our next-generation server processors. In this role, you will drive innovation across performance, power, scalability, and efficiency, defining the microarchitecture and system integration strategies that power modern data centers, AI workloads, and cloud infrastructure.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (microarchitecture, RTL, physical design, verification, firmware, and system engineering) to translate product requirements into industry-leading CPU designs. This is a strategic, high-impact role shaping the company’s core silicon roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Define the end-to-end Server CPU architecture for next-generation server processors - including core, cache hierarchy, memory subsystem, interconnects, and I/Os.
- Lead performance modeling, power analysis, and tradeoff studies to optimize PPA.
- Partner with software and firmware teams to ensure hardware-software co-optimization and platform efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle - from concept and feasibility through silicon bring-up and productization.
- Mentor architecture and design engineers; foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Represent the company in technical reviews, customer engagements, and ecosystem partnerships (e.g., foundries, IP vendors).
Qualifications- 15+ years of experience in CPU or SoC architecture, with a focus on server-class or high-performance processors.
- Deep expertise in microarchitecture design, memory systems, cache coherency protocols, and interconnect fabrics.
- Proven track record of architecting CPUs or multi-core SoCs from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of compiler, OS, and workload interactions with hardware.
- Familiarity with AI/ML acceleration, RISC-V / ARM / x86 architectures, and advanced process nodes (5nm/3nm).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
