We're hiring a Hands-On Team Leader (Python + React)

Cambium is looking for a talented and experienced Hands-On Team Leader to lead a new cross-functional team at a growing cloud optimization company in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you'll manage a team of Fullstack Developers, QA, and Data Engineers, while remaining deeply involved in backend and frontend development. You’ll help design and build a cutting-edge platform for automating saving plans across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team

Hands-on development with Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React + TypeScript

Owning system architecture and delivery end-to-end

Collaborating with product and cloud experts to deliver scalable solutions

Promoting high engineering standards and CI/CD practices


Requirements:

7+ years of software development experience

3+ years of experience as a team leader or tech lead

Expertise in Python and React

Experience with microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Strong communication and leadership skills


Nice to have:

Background in FinOps, data engineering, or asynchronous workflows

Experience with observability and monitoring tools
