We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join our core development team. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of key components in an advanced imaging pipeline — from hardware integration through real-time processing, all the way to deployment.

You’ll work closely with algorithm engineers, hardware teams, and system architects to build high-performance solutions at the intersection of image processing, embedded systems, and machine learning.

Ø Design and develop end-to-end imaging pipelines on embedded GPU platforms.

Ø Optimize performance and integration of algorithms from research to production.

Ø Work with cutting-edge thermal and polarimetric camera systems.

Ø Lead technical decisions, architecture discussions, and mentor team members.

Ø Collaborate across teams to seamlessly meld backend solutions with frontend applications, enhancing functionality and user experience.

Ø Uphold and advance code quality, ensuring scalability and performance across multiple platforms.

Ø Innovate and architect robust backend structures to support the growing demands of our technology.

Ø Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent degree.

Ø 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Ø Strong proficiency in Python

Ø Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms or other GPU-accelerated systems

Ø Solid understanding of image processing and computer vision

Ø Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV)

Ø Experience working alongside algorithm engineers or data scientists

Ø Comfortable working in a startup environment and owning projects end-to-end

Ø Experience in low-level optimization (e.g., CUDA, SIMD).

Ø Background in thermal imaging or polarimetry.

Ø Familiarity with ROS or real-time embedded systems

Ø Deep knowledge of FFmpeg, video streaming, and encoding pipelines.
