I'm looking for my technical co-founder — someone with strong expertise in AI and algorithm development, who is excited to join an early-stage startup with a working product that’s ready for its next phase of development. I’m seeking a partner who feels connected to the world of child development or pediatrics and is passionate about building impactful tools for the U.S. healthcare space. Ideally, you bring broad technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a small, talented development team that has been working with me consistently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision and development roadmap of the product
• Design and refine AI-driven features and adaptive algorithms
• Manage and mentor a small team of developers and collaborate with external tech partners
• Make key architectural and technology stack decisions
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the platform
• Oversee code quality, documentation, and testing standards
• Translate product requirements and clinical logic into functional features
• Collaborate closely with the founder on product strategy and user experience
• Contribute to investor and partner conversations from a technical perspective
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies in AI, mental health tech, and pediatric tools

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack development (React, Node.js)
• Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and experience implementing AI-driven products
• Ability to translate user needs and clinical logic into technical solutions
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset
• Passion or personal interest in child development, mental health, or healthcare innovation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Based in Europe / US or open to working remotely with flexible hours
