Senior Fullstack Engineer

Safebooks AI is lookingSenior Full-Stack Engineer with extreme talent, leadership aspirations, and a mindset of getting things done to design, build, an innovative web application for the Office of the CFO, playing a pivotal role in our Engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping both the frontend and backend of our web application.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive technical excellence. You will work closely with top-tier professionals and experienced entrepreneurs to create intuitive, user-centric, and high-performance product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices for both frontend and backend development, setting high standards for code quality and performance.
• Build complex web applications using React and node.js.
• Utilize TypeScript to its fullest, writing clean, error-free code that enhances application maintainability.
• Design and build sophisticated, responsive user interfaces and backend services that align with design specifications and UX/UI best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Drive and influence development methodologies, agile processes, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery cycles

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong frontend focus.
• (Advantage) previous experience in successful startups\ data products.
• Expertise in TypeScript & React.js
• Experience with Node.js and backend development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines based on AWS & Github Actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• (Advantage) Experience with design systems and data-driven components, contributing to cohesive and efficient UI development.
• (Advantage) Expatriates in code design patterns & functional programming
• Champion the use of modern development tools and practices, including automated testing, version control, and documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) – an advantage
• Experience with data, cyber analytics applications – a great advantage
