We’re looking for a Data Science Team Lead to head a talented team building intelligent, high-impact models that directly influence strategic decision-making in a leading company.

🎯 What will your day look like?

Just like any great model, this role is built in layers:

* Business Understanding – Collaborate with actuaries, marketing, and insurance professionals to identify and leverage opportunities

* ML & AI – Develop advanced models for risk prediction, fraud detection, and customer retention

* Team Leadership – Manage and mentor Data Scientists, foster professional excellence, and drive innovation

* Production – Because great models need to run in real life and make a real difference

🧩 What will help you succeed in this role?

* 3–5 years of experience leading a Data Science team – required

* At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Data Science – required

* Proven experience in ML and AI – required

* Relevant academic degree – required

* Practical knowledge of SQL – required

* Experience with BI tools – required

* Advantage: familiarity with Kafka, NiFi, Jira, Monday
