We are looking for a Senior FPGA Engineer to join the Engineering & Systems department at IAI’s Missile & Space Systems Division.

What you’ll do:

• Join a small, highly skilled R&D team as part of a multidisciplinary project
• Design and implement programmable logic devices (FPGAs)
• Perform synthesis, place & route (P&R), and generate bitstreams for FPGA programming
• Conduct laboratory testing and validation, and write technical specifications and test documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, support hardware-software integration, and define interface requirements

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – required
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in FPGA development – required
• Strong familiarity with IP libraries and hard cores
• Experience with physical design and timing constraints (timing closure, placement, I/O)
• Experience in verification (SystemVerilog) – advantage
• Familiarity with common interfaces (Ethernet, I2C, SPI, etc.) – advantage
• Experience with embedded processors in FPGA (uBlaze, NIOS, RISC-V, ARM) – advantage
