About the role

IAI’s Missiles and Space Systems division is seeking a Servo Development Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team.

This is a dynamic, hands-on position in the development of cutting-edge servo control systems used in advanced missile and aerospace applications.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing digital control boards for servo systems
• Defining and implementing control algorithms
• Participating in system-level integration and field testing
• Supporting multiple projects in parallel
• Coordinating with subcontractors, electronics production teams, and end users

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in board design, analog circuit design, and power electronics – required
• Experience in motor control systems, power electronics, control theory, and working with DSPs – advantage
