We are looking for a Backend Team Leader

• The team is responsible for the operation, synchronization and management of a wide range of systems and capabilities within the Cyber Division.
• End-To-End responsibility for critical systems at the heart of the value chain, including architecture planning, development stage and ongoing maintenance.
• Leading an experience and diverse software development team including personal and professional mentoring, recruiting new team members' building a work-plan and enforce it's execution etc.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related areas.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing BE systems, focusing on C#/ JAVA.
• Prior experience in managing technology projects and/or leading software development teams.
• Experience with designing and developing micro service-based architectures
• Familiarity with Python.
