Key Responsibilities:
- Implement core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog
- Develop solutions, portals, automated workflows, and system integrations using REST API
- Provide technical support, perform system maintenance, testing, and user training
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with ServiceNow – must
- Proven experience in automation processes using Flow Designer or Workflow – must
- Hands-on experience integrating systems using REST API – must
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
- Experience with tools like Postman – advantage
