What You'll Do

As a key member of our growing R&D Software team, you will:

• Lead network-related initiatives and serve as the primary technical authority in this domain
• Design and build robust, high-performance backend services using Python
• Develop, and continuously improve back-end systems in cloud environments (AWS)
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement performance improvements
• Take full ownership of networking features—from planning through architecture, implementation, and deployment

Who Are We Looking For

You thrive in a startup environment—balancing quality with timely delivery while working smart, collaboratively, and with purpose. You're independent but team-oriented, a clear communicator who simplifies complexity, driven by curiosity, and passionate about building great things together.

Ideally, you bring:

• 4+ years of software development experience in network-related products
• Strong background in developing software for routers, switches, firewalls, or similar network equipment
• Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/S, OSPF, PIM, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Linux networking stack
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Python, C/C++)
• Linux network development experience and packet processing
• Background in embedded systems development
• Bonus: background in IoT connectivity, 4G/5G technologies, or SATCOM
• Big bonus: you know how to leverage AI tools to expand your capabilities and boost your day-to-day creativity, innovation and productivity
