Job Responsibilities
- Innovate & Collaborate – Work closely with the team to brainstorm and design cutting-edge Web3 applications.
- Own the Build – Lead the full development lifecycle of dApps and platforms, from concept to deployment.
- Smart Contract Development – Write, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts using Solidity.
- UI Implementation – Translate prototypes into elegant, user-friendly frontends with seamless user experiences.
- Responsive Design – Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and consistent across browsers and devices.
- Testing & QA – Develop robust test suites to maintain high code quality and application reliability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Web3 Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
- Hands-on experience with smart contracts and tooling (Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, wagmi, viem, ethers.js)
- Solid understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with databases: SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end development of apps or platforms
Bonus points
- Experience with mobile development (React Native or native iOS/Android)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal dev projects
- Understanding of cryptographic concepts (hashing, encryption)
- Experience with privacy focused technologies
