We're Hiring: System Engineer & Software Developer – Voice Network Technologies

looking for a talented and driven System Engineer & Software Developer to join our core VOICE network team. This is an exciting opportunity to take part in the development of critical systems and innovative services that shape the future of telecommunications.

What You’ll Do:

Develop central systems in the core VOICE switching network

Design, develop, test, and maintain engineering services from requirements to implementation

Manage version deployment and deliver complex solutions to unique challenges

Prform integrations with other systems

Lead projects in switching, software development, and cross-organizational initiatives

Stay up to date with the latest technologies and market solutions

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

Deep knowledge of SIP protocol - Must

Hands-on experience with open-source platforms (Asterisk, Kamailio) - Must

At least 3 years of development experience with JavaScript, HTML, Python, PHP - Must

Strong Linux background, including BASH scripting - Must

Experience with manual and automated testing of developed systems

Strong understanding of customer requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions

System analysis skills and database knowledge (MySQL) - Must

Degree in Engineering/Computer Science – Advantage

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal communication and high emotional intelligence

Fast learner with a strong sense of initiative
