Qodo is an early-stage startup that empowers developers with cutting-edge tools that integrate seamlessly into their daily workflows. We specialize in GenAI-driven solutions, such as, IDE extensions for automated test generation, an AI-enhanced pull-request git agent for improving code review processes., RAG, and others. Our mission is to generate confidence for developers, enhancing productivity and code quality.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join one of our core teams. As a Full-Stack Engineer @ Qodo you will take ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to deployment and maintenance in an enterprise-grade production environment.

This role requires close collaboration with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into high-quality, functional software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the end-to-end implementation of new features and product offerings
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the full stack
• Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other engineers
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including an_alysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  
  

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Next.js
• Backend: Proficient in Python
• Database: Strong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL
• Demonstrable experience developing and launching features from conception to production
  
  

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience working in AI-focused companies, particularly with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Familiarity with "vibe coding" (either as a practitioner or with a strong, reasoned opinion against it)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with Docker and containerization technologies
