abra R&D is seeking an Embedded Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Team Leader to lead the development of high-performance, multi-interface embedded systems. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with hardware and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable software solutions.

Full-time + on site, position based in North Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Embedded software developers
• Design and develop reliable, real-time Embedded software for multi-interface systems
• Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
• Plan and implement comprehensive testing strategies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Embedded software development (Linux/VxWorks/FreeRTOS) – Must
• 3+ years of experience in leading development teams – Must
• Strong C/C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills – Must
• Proven experience with serial interfaces, BSP, and low-level hardware integration – Must
• Proficiency in defining and executing test scenarios and environments – Must
