Key Responsibilities
- Explore and analyze large datasets capturing enterprise environments, user policies, and operational behavior
- Partner with product management, data scientists, and data engineers to define goals and turn questions into measurable insights
- Write Python-based scripts to process and visualize key trends and metrics
- Deliver clear, actionable findings to guide product decisions, including insights from how users interact with AI-driven features to inform design and usability improvements
- Contribute to evolving internal data models and support AI feature development with real-world usage insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a product, analytics, or research setting
- Strong command of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data wrangling and analysis
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, preferably in tech, cloud, or enterprise domains
- Solid data visualization skills (e.g., Plotly, matplotlib, seaborn, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
- Ability to work through ambiguity and identify valuable insights in complex or messy data
- Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside product managers and data science teams
- Background in security or network-related domains – advantage
- Academic degree in relevant field
