Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and own full-stack features that improve user experience and drive product adoption
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and data analysts to identify growth opportunities.
• Prototype and deliver experiments quickly to validate hypotheses and learn from real users.
• Integrate AI tools (LLMs, agents, prompt pipelines, LangChain, etc.) into both the product and internal development processes
• Explore and utilize MCP (Management Control Plane) components to streamline platform capabilities
• Contribute to a modern, performance-driven, and scalable front-end and back-end architecture.
• Be part of a high-impact team that moves fast, takes ownership, and builds with purpose.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools or agents in development workflows or product experiences.
• Solid backend experience working with APIs, micro services, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• A hands-on builder who thrives on learning fast, testing ideas, and refining through iteration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with MCP and building context aware AI agents.
• Experience in growth-focused or data driven product teams.
• Understanding of telemetry, analytics, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Background in cybersecurity, SASE, or network/cloud security products.
