We are now looking for a Hardware System Engineer to lead our sensors development.

You will own both: leading design and living on the factory floor to make sure every unit that ships works first time, every time.

What You Will Own

Design & Development

• Architecture, prototyping, embedded C/C++
• Cost-driven schematic & PCB layout
• Road-mapping next-gen hardware & FW
• Seamless integration with mobile & algorithm teams

Manufacturing & Reliability

• Daily presence with contract manufacturers (DFM/DFT)
• Line bring-up, yield tracking, failure analysis
• Root-cause + corrective actions across HW/FW/ops
• Continuous reliability testing & field-issue triage

What You Bring

• 10+ yrs building consumer electronics / embedded systems at volume
• 2+ yrs hands-on on the factory floor, leading production & test lines
• 2+ years of experience in parts selection, electronic design, schematic capture, PCB layout, testing, and debugging
• Proven record of robustness improvements
• Deep BLE / motion-sensor / RTOS (FreeRTOS) know-how
• Track-record of “closing the loop” between engineering, ops, and support
