Harmoniz - The Art of Seed Innovation is a global agtech company specializing in breeding greenhouse seeds. . The company is focused on developing innovative, great-tasting, and virus-resistant tomatoes, expanding into pepper and cucumber seed development.

We’re hiring an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to take full technical ownership of our AI-driven web platform. You will lead development across the entire stack - from database and backend services to frontend UI and AI integration - and help shape the product from the ground up. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in small, agile teams and is capable of delivering results independently.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end development of a scalable, responsive web application (desktop + mobile web)
• Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js or Python (e.g., Express, NestJS, or FastAPI)
• Develop a modern, responsive frontend using React and TypeScript
• Integrate and deploy AI/ML models via API endpoints using cloud platforms (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex) or internal workflows
• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and modern DevOps best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and contribute to scalable architecture decisions

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• Proven ability to independently design, build, and deploy full systems
• Strong skills in:
• Node.js or Python (e.g., Express, NestJS, FastAPI)
• JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• ORMs such as TypeORM, Prisma, or SQLAlchemy
• Experience deploying and consuming machine learning models in real-world products
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with authentication systems (e.g., OAuth2, Azure AD B2C)
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf) to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment, taking full ownership and using modern tools to maximize impact with minimal headcount

Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or other infrastructure-as-code tools
• Background in bioinformatics, agriculture, or scientific software
• Experience building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) or interactive data visualizations (D3.js, Chart.js)
