As a backend team lead at XM Cyber you'll play a major role developing a high scale multi-tenant product based on microservices and event-driven architecture, top notch frameworks and tools, running on kubernetes and in the cloud. Your role will include:

• Spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of our high scale, multi tenant backend
• Plan projects and prioritize tasks in order deliver new features on time
• Mentor junior developers on how to build great systems and progress with their careers.
• Work closely with various teams across the organization to find the optimal solutions to the most complex challenges
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code according to best practices

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership
• Deep knowledge of event driven and microservices architectures
• Experience using Kafka/equivalent message broker in high scale
• Experience with Node.js, Java or other JVM based language - Advantage
• Experience with event driven architecture - Advantage
• Experience with Apache Flink - Advantage
• Experience in relational databases - Advantage
