About the role:

We are hiring new grads or junior devs to join us as Platform Software Engineers

This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a team building the most powerful e-commerce optimization platform on the planet. From checkout experiments to post-purchase flows, we help merchants turn every touchpoint into a growth engine.

As a Platform Software Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with our product every day. You’ll dive into the code, owning and shipping tasks that directly impact merchants. Your work will range from custom integrations to expanding our dashboard, creating new data visualizations, and enhancing our platform extensions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implementing integration solutions with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), third-party tools, and internal services
• Developing new components for our dashboard, including custom data visualizations
• Building and maintaining feature extensions across the platform
• Collaborating with product managers, QA, and core development teams
• Learning fast, building fast, shipping fast

What You Won’t Be Doing:

• Waiting for tickets to drop into your queue
• Hiding behind specs and docs
• Working in a slow, bureaucratic environment

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong coding skills (you’ll be tested!)
• High energy and hustle — we’re a startup, not a corporate training program
• Ambition to grow beyond this role and take on bigger challenges fast
• Have worked on side projects you're proud of
• Have participated in competitive programming
