We are looking for a skilled and motivated Performance/Load Testing Developer to join our team and help ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems.

requirements:

• BA/BSc or an equivalent degree
• At least 2–4 years of experience in performance testing, including the ability to plan and define load and performance scenarios, and understanding of KPIs in performance/load testing
• 2–4 years of experience working with LoadRunner
• At least 2 years of experience as an automation test developer (C#, JavaScript)
• Understanding of communication protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) – an advantage
• Experience working in a Kubernetes environment – an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, proactive, and assertive
