The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Android Team Lead to drive development across our portfolio. You’ll own architecture decisions, manage our internal SDK (JedySDK), and lead the end-to-end release process. This role requires technical excellence, team leadership, and a sharp eye for production quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead Android architecture and development across multiple live apps
• Manage the entire release lifecycle: planning, QA, rollout, Play Store publishing
• Integrate and configure JedySDK with different monetization flows
• Set and enforce high development standards and scalable code practices
• Improve CI/CD automation, monitor Firebase/Play Console for stability
• Coordinate with QA, triage bugs, and ensure fast, stable releases
• Mentor developers and support team growth as we scale
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements

• 4-5 years of hands-on Android development (Kotlin/Java)
• 2+ years leading teams or owning delivery pipelines
• Strong understanding of Jetpack, MVVM/MVI, DI (Hilt/Dagger), Firebase
• Experience with full Play Store release cycle
• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Experience managing multiple live apps and SDK integrations
• Familiarity with monetization SDKs (AdMob, AppLovin, RevenueCat)
• CI/CD experience with Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
