What We’re Looking For

This role plays a critical role for Cross River and will report to MS Dynamics Administrator. Should be able to perform the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configurator / Developer role, working mostly US hours (NY Time Zone)

Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configurator / Developer is an expert of Microsoft suite of products including MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint and outlook and should be able to bring the best practices with respect to the products integration and configuration to achieve better user experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of development and configuration activities and technical leadership within Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape including CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps.
  • Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable configurations, customizations, implementations, reducing technical debt.
  • Assess existing business and technology imperatives, goals, and challenges.
  • Work with solution architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM and lead activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.
  • Design, code, test & deploy D365 CE modules
  • Integrate D365 with legacy systems
  • Customize D365 apps
  • Develop Power Apps / Automate / BI
  • Own source‑control, branching, CI/CD
  • Build scalable solutions
  • Provide user training & support
  • Lead technical requirements workshops with business and technology partners to design and develop architecture solutions.

Requirements

  • working mostly US hours (NY Time Zone)
  • Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment - Must
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Teams, and SharePoint, and preferably certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM + Power Pages + Power Automate + Power Apps Expert.
  • Expertise with C#, .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks, DevOps, ALM, ability to choose “config vs custom”
  • Experience D365/Power Platform, Dataverse security, PCF controls, REST APIs, .NET, JavaScript
  • Experience with core Power Platform competencies and cloud architecture familiarity
  • Experience with ALM / DevOps pipeline, CI/CD, testing
  • Strong understanding and practice of solutions development methodologies (e.g., DevOps, Agile, Software Development Lifecycle, etc.)
  • Experience with modern tooling such as PCF controls, TypeScript/Liquid, Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, Git, unit test frameworks, cloud cost management, telemetry/monitoring, and CI/CD test automation.
  • Experience in MS CRM 3rd party integrations using middleware tools, APIs REST ODATA WebAPI SSIS packages – DocuSign, WorkDay, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in Net JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit, SSRS

Bonus

  • Knowledge of reporting architecture and Power BI would be an added advantage.
  • Preferred skills such as Visio and Excel, and basic SQL knowledge are a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CRM software certifications) are a plus.
