PixCell Medical develops and manufactures innovative diagnostic solutions that are based on proprietary microfluidics and AI technologies.

PixCell is growing rapidly and is looking for an experienced software engineer to manage the software team and the various SW development tasks. The team is responsible for the development of multiple projects in a multidisciplinary environment. Projects include: interfacing various hardware, machine vision & machine learning algorithms, user interface, data bases, communication protocols and more.

The candidate will lead a team of 5 engineers and 2 SQA and report to VP R&D.

The work includes about 30% hands-on coding and 70% management, architecting and instructing

Perquisites:

Education: BSc or BA in CS or EE from an established university not a college.

Occupational experience:

At least 3 years of managing a SW team and participation in architecture design.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in C/C++, windows and Linux. Multithreaded applications.

Advantage to RT/embedded programming.

High interpersonal skills. Highly motivated individual who can motivate others. Hard worker. Someone who can deliver quickly and understands and identifies with company’s goals.
