Join Miggo as Head of DevOps – Build & Lead Our Cloud Infrastructure from the Ground Up - a hands-on technical leader who will define, build, and scale our DevOps strategy and infrastructure.

You’re a great fit if you love to:

• Lead Miggo’s DevOps function end-to-end – from strategy and architecture to execution
• Build and manage a small, high-performing DevOps team as the company grows
• Design and implement a robust, secure, multi-cloud, multi-region SaaS infrastructure
• Define and enforce best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, scalability, and system resilience
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to align infra with business goals
• Drive initiatives around automation, observability, and operational excellence
• Ensure the platform meets enterprise-grade SLAs and security standards
• Take ownership of cost optimization, system reliability, and incident response processes

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 7+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record in building and scaling cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) in a SaaS environment
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation
• Hands-on experience in a production, high-scale, cloud-native environment
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) and familiarity with modern DevOps stacks
• Passion for both strategy and execution – able to lead the vision while getting your hands dirty
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional leadership abilities
• A builder’s mindset and startup spirit – proactive, fast-moving, and adaptable

Bonus Points:

• Cybersecurity experience or familiarity with secure cloud architecture
• Experience building infrastructure from zero-to-one in early-stage startups
• Experience integrating with enterprise customers and handling on-prem/cloud hybrid models
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security certifications
