abra is Hiring – Dynamics CRM Team Lead for a Strategic Defense Project

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics CRM Team Lead to join a mission-critical project in the defense sector. This role involves leading a development team, designing and implementing advanced CRM solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional leadership for the Dynamics CRM development team.
  • Plan and implement technological solutions based on business requirements.
  • Develop customizations, UI components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
  • Promote development standards, code quality, and version control practices.
  • Collaborate with system analysts, project managers, and QA teams.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the system, including troubleshooting and quick issue resolution.
  • Implement solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) as needed.
  • Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements:

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
  • Proficiency in developing Plugins and Custom Workflows using C#.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Web Resources, and HTML.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and external system integrations.
  • Experience with Power Platform – Power Automate / Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other source control tools.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, self-learning ability, and system-level thinking.
