We seek an ambitious Senior Back End Engineer to join our part of our R&D core team. This role is a unique opportunity to shape our platform, significantly impact product direction, and collaborate closely with product management and design to deliver exciting features.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend features (Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate product ideas into efficient, scalable technical solutions.

Implement robust and performant backend services and LLM-based components.

Integrate third-party AI and LLM tools and APIs to create advanced AI-driven capabilities, workflows, and automation features within our product.

Contribute ideas and help shape our product roadmap through collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

8+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer, with a track record of building, Deploying & maintaining scalable systems.

Experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI).

Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Proactive, independent, and results-driven with strong communication skills.

Experience working in an agile startup environment.

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) - an advantage.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent - an advantage.
