This is an on-site leadership role in our Ramat Gan office, fostering close collaboration with our talented cross-functional team.

🔧 Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.

• Set coding standards and ensure consistent implementation of best practices across frontend and backend teams.

• Partner with product managers, designers, and healthcare experts to translate product vision into technical execution.

Fullstack Development

• Oversee architecture and implementation of both frontend and backend systems.

• Design scalable APIs and data pipelines to support mobile applications and analytics workflows.

• Guide the development of responsive, secure, and engaging frontend experiences using React or similar frameworks.

AI & Healthcare Tech Integration

• Coordinate implementation of AI-driven personalization engines and bio-marker analytics.

• Integrate health-tech features such as secure data handling, compliance, and real-time monitoring.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure the platform adheres to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and privacy best practices.

• Oversee automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring across the stack.

Technology Strategy

• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance development efficiency and patient engagement.

• Contribute to strategic technical decision-making as a key member of the leadership team.

🧠 Qualifications

Experience

• 6+ years in software development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

• Proven experience building and scaling fullstack applications in a production environment.

Technical Expertise

• Frontend: React, Vue, or similar frameworks; TypeScript; Webpack; REST and WebSocket APIs.

• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript (NestJS or Express), Python.

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.

• DevOps & Cloud: AWS (Lambda, RDS, S3), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

• Security: OAuth, JWT, data encryption, and familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements.
