🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design and build backend services that handle massive scale and real-time workloads.
• Lead architecture decisions and drive complex backend initiatives from concept to production.
• Collaborate closely with other developers, product, and DevOps to deliver top-notch solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Tackle performance, reliability, and scalability challenges using modern, efficient, and secure approaches.
• Take part in shaping a strong engineering culture rooted in responsibility, innovation, and technical excellence.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of backend development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and TypeScript - must-have.
• Proven track record of building scalable, high-performance systems in production.
• Mastery of AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, Route53, CloudFront, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS) - big advantage.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB).
• Bonus points for hands-on familiarity with frontend frameworks and managing complex UI state.
• A problem-solver at heart, with a passion for clean code, deep thinking, and delivering real value.
• Constant curiosity and drive to stay ahead with new technologies and best practices.
