Job Description:

Shape the Future of High-Performance Computing at Intel

Join the team behind Intel’s game-changing High-Performance Processor (P-Core) — powering everything from everyday PCs to cutting-edge servers. We’re building the next generation of this technology, and we’re looking for a Senior Physical Design Engineer to help lead the change.

This is your opportunity to work on flagship silicon, drive innovation at a global scale, and influence the architecture of tomorrow’s processors.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead physical design from RTL to GDSII for high-performance CPU blocks.
  • Own key design flows: synthesis, floor planning, place & route, STA, CTS, power/noise analysis.
  • Drive timing closure and ensure final signoff (STA, IR drop, DRC/LVS, equivalence, etc.).
  • Optimize power, performance, and area (PPA) for next-gen products.
  • Innovate design methodologies and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in electrical/computer engineering (or equivalent).
  • 15+ years in structural/physical design using EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.).
  • Deep expertise in physical implementation, verification, and PPA optimization.

Why Intel?

🌍 Global Impact – Influence the backbone of modern computing.

🚀 Innovation Leadership – Be at the forefront of CPU design.

🌱 Career Growth – Take your career to the next level while mentoring others.

Don’t just work on silicon. Define what’s next.
