About The Role

The Admin Platform team is evolving into a central platform group responsible for defining and enforcing identity and access management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC), and secure AI infrastructure across all of BigPanda’s current and future products. We’re building a unified platform that enables secure, consistent access experiences across the BigPanda ecosystem—ensuring alignment, scalability, and centralized control as we expand our product portfolio.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll work closely not only with product managers and designers, but also with engineers and stakeholders across multiple product and infrastructure teams. This role is highly product-oriented and strategic, requiring a blend of hands-on engineering, cross-product thinking, and a strong security mindset. You’ll help shape the future of IAM and AI integration at BigPanda—laying down the foundations that will scale with the company.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain fullstack features across BigPanda’s centralized IAM, RBAC, and AI infrastructure platforms.

Collaborate across all product and infrastructure teams to align on security standards and integrate platform capabilities company-wide.

Own features end-to-end, including system design, implementation, deployment, testing, and monitoring.

Drive platform-wide architecture and tech stack decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and consistency across multiple products.

Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to deliver secure and intuitive experiences for internal teams and end users.

What Skills And Experience You’ll Bring To BigPanda

7+ years of experience as a software engineer

3+ years of experience in Node.js, for production-ready distributed systems

2+ years of experience developing web applications in React/Angular/Vue (preferably React)

Vast experience with leading projects from design to production

Experience with the technology selection process, and ability to introduce and utilize progressed technologies

Ability to proactively introducing new initiatives and leading them to success

A true team player with a passion for mentoring
