About The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our Tier 3 team — the team that steps in when things get tricky. If you’re eager to roll up your sleeves, and work on real issues that impact our customers, this is the role for you. It’s a chance to learn a ton, touch many parts of the system, and work side by side with experienced developers, product folks, and support. Expect to deal with both code and chaos — and make things better.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and improve full-stack features — backend, frontend, databases, and some DevOps — in our cloud-based system
  • Investigate and fix tough production issues. Sometimes messy, always important
  • Make the product more stable, more reliable, and easier to work with
  • Work closely with different teams — R&D, product, support — to move fast and solve problems
  • Touch everything from multithreaded Windows services to cloud APIs
  • Stick to modern dev practices like CI/CD, SOLID principles, and agile
  • Learn quickly. We don’t expect you to know everything on day one, but we do expect curiosity and drive

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (bonus if you graduated with honors or demonstrate standout projects)
  • Up to 2 years of experience — side projects, student jobs, or internships, all count
  • Some background with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
  • Familiarity with backend development, ideally with C# or .NET
  • Some experience with cloud (Azure/AWS), APIs, and databases
  • Solid problem-solving instincts and debugging skills
  • Quick learner, self-starter, not afraid to ask questions or take ownership
  • Clear communicator and a team player
