We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy DevOps Engineer to take a lead role in designing, building, and scaling the infrastructure behind Netafim’s next-generation Digital Farming platforms.

As part of a multidisciplinary R&D team, you’ll shape the foundation that powers our global precision agriculture solutions — enabling developers to move fast, deliver confidently, and innovate at scale. You’ll lead the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, container environments, and automation stack.

What You’ll Own:

· Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines that support rapid delivery across multiple teams.

· Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure in Azure, using Terraform workflows.

· Define and maintain a scalable container-based environment (Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, Artifactory).

· Own and improve build systems, automation frameworks, and environment provisioning.

· Drive best practices in monitoring, security, and reliability across dev and production systems.

· Serve as the go-to expert for DevOps tools, architecture, and problem-solving across R&D.

· Bring new ideas to the table and help us push the boundaries of our DevOps maturity.

Requirements:

· 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in cloud-native product environments – must.

· Proven experience with Azure Cloud and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) – must.

· Deep understanding of Linux & Windows environments (Ubuntu, Fedora) – must.

· Strong background with Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, Conan, Artifactory – must.

· Experience managing networking, security, and system performance – must.

· Solid expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) – must.
