Inviting applications for the role of Engineering Program Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Management – Engage with customers and manage the customer expectation while keeping the cost, quality and schedule in check
• Team Management - Lead the embedded systems development team in designing, developing, and testing embedded software and hardware solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and career growth.
• Technical Expertise – manage the technical teams and understand the technical nuances of delivering embedded software development for Medical device and healthcare industry.
• Project Management - Ensure the successful execution of projects by managing resources, KPIs, and schedules.
• Stakeholder management - Manage internal and external stakeholders, and team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Other responsibilities

• Contribute to solutioning & PreSales efforts for global deals including responsible for driving Revenue growth across competitive and sole source pursuits
• Provides demonstrable expertise in design and delivery of cutting edge people-process-technology-digital solutions for engineering services and helping win new deals.
• Ensure quality and adequate thought leadership in Solutions and create original artifacts that would feed into continually improving solution qualities in embedded engineering space.
• Ability to be client focused and drive creation of transformational Solutions that connect elements of engineering value chain & creating the optimal techno commercial constructs
• Articulate Value proposition by highlighting key business outcomes and the value of the created solution.
• Publish thought leadership across multiple channels, e.g. white papers, company intranet, articles in business and Industry or Horizontal- specific publications, speaking engagements, social media (Twitter, blogs, LinkedIn).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in embedded systems development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role and good exposure to engineering project and team management.
• Good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures.
• Knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, stake holder (internal and external) management skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Hebrew).
