Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines and automation processes across development environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tools, configurations, build systems, and deployments to ensure fast, stable, and secure software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated build, deploy, and release processes using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, RTC-Jazz, Artifactory/Nexus.
• Continuously integrate new tools to improve delivery pipelines and support product releases.
• Manage and maintain CI/CD toolchain infrastructure: GitHub, Jenkins, EWM, Artifactory, Azure DevOps, Grafana, etc.
• Oversee physical and virtual build environments; manage software releases on a scheduled basis.
• Define, maintain, and communicate CI/CD processes and development methodologies.
• Provide support to development teams on CI/CD integration, artifacts handling, and VM infrastructure.
• Define and track quality metrics to improve process efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or similar roles - MUST
• Experience as a Team Lead - MUST
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - MUST
• Expertise in GitHub and Azure DevOps repository and pipeline administration - MUST
• Strong scripting skills: PowerShell, Python, Groovy/Jenkins pipelines - MUST
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux Bash scripting - MUST
• Experience with Windows (desktop/server/nano), Linux, and Unix systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, Azure YAML pipelines, and GitHub Actions
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools: Terraform, Pulumi, OpenTofu, Puppet, Ansible, Chef
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for deployment and management
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies – Advantage
• Working knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, IBM/Oracle) – Advantage
• Experience with Windows Server administration tools – Advantage
• Familiarity with artifact management tools (Artifactory, NuGet, Nexus) – Advantage
• Understanding of monitoring and analytics tools: Grafana, Power BI, SonarQube, Coverity, Power Automate – Advantage
• Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert (SME) in DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
