SW Engineering Team Leader

SeeTrue is a TLV cutting edge AI startup . We’re using AI/deep/machine learning to optimize passenger journeys, making security screening accurate, fast and labor free.

We are looking for an experienced SW Engineering Team Leader to join our team. In this position, you’ll be a crucial part in company-wide software R&D aspects, spanning from full responsibility of the entire Algorithmic Software infrastructure to the production software stacks, high scale/performance and architecture

 Responsibilities:

• Be a major contributor to our architecture, design, implementation and maintenance. 
• Leading a scrum team comprised of engineers: backend, frontend, manual and Automated QA.
• Work closely with the Algorithms, Data and Support teams.
• Constantly maintain and strive to raise own/subordinates’ coding skills to allow.
• Constantly explore and dive into new technologies

 Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 6+ years of proven hands-on experience in OOP/OOD (at least 3 years in Python and\or Java)
• 3+ years in team leading positions
• Outstanding software engineering skills with passion for fast development of high-quality software
• Excellent people skills and a great team-player
• Proficiency in git-scm (Source Control Management) - must
• Hands on experience with modern C++ (11 or later) - huge advantage
• Working knowledge with Networking, Linux, Relational/Non-Relational Databases – huge advantage
