Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA working on business modules within the Priority ERP ecosystem.
  • Manage development in both C/C++ and Priority ERP’s SDK, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and oversee implementation.
  • Drive the design and development of supply chain management features, optimizing business processes within the ERP system.
  • Foster team growth, ensuring continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and best practices in development.
  • Oversee code reviews, system architecture decisions, and overall development quality.
  • Work closely with other R&D teams, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with Priority ERP updates, trends, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
  • Manage development timelines, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
  • Drive innovation and improvements in ERP customization, integrations, and business logic.

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role in software development.
  • Strong understanding of Priority ERP’s ecosystem, including its SDK and customization capabilities.
  • Solid programming skills in C/C++, with experience in business application development.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases, specifically MSSQL or Oracle.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
