Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA working on business modules within the Priority ERP ecosystem.
Manage development in both C/C++ and Priority ERP’s SDK, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and oversee implementation.
Drive the design and development of supply chain management features, optimizing business processes within the ERP system.
Foster team growth, ensuring continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and best practices in development.
Oversee code reviews, system architecture decisions, and overall development quality.
Work closely with other R&D teams, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
Stay updated with Priority ERP updates, trends, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
Manage development timelines, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
Drive innovation and improvements in ERP customization, integrations, and business logic.

Requirements

BSc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role in software development.
Strong understanding of Priority ERP’s ecosystem, including its SDK and customization capabilities.
Solid programming skills in C/C++, with experience in business application development.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases, specifically MSSQL or Oracle.
Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
Fluent English
