What you’ll do:

• Design and develop innovative AI systems for GUI comprehension.
• Build and optimize advanced algorithms in the dynamic field of GUI perception.
• Work with large-scale datasets to validate and refine models.
• Help shape WalkMe’s engineering culture through exploration, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Constantly investigate and adopt new ML/AI technologies.

What you bring:

• MSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a top-tier university.
• Proven experience developing ML systems using LLMs and advanced AI tools.
• A deep curiosity about GUI understanding and applying ML to interface interpretation.
• 6+ years of software development experience, focused on algorithm design and validation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
