We're Hiring: AI/ML Algorithm Engineer (4–6 years experience)

WiSP is building a new category of intelligent tools for real-time decision-making—starting with substance detection and expanding into broader wellness and safety applications. We translate robust lab-grade spectral analysis into everyday solutions, helping people make safer choices about what they consume.

We're looking for an AI/ML Algorithm Engineer to join our R&D team and work on the core intelligence behind Wisp's detection platform. This is a unique opportunity to apply advanced signal processing and machine learning to a product that can make a real social impact.

What you’ll be working on:

2D & 3D signal analysis

ML models: supervised learning, reinforcement learning, data preprocessing

Detection of low SNR and sub-noise signals

Dimensionality reduction, clustering, classification

Tech Stack:

Python, C++, Linux, Scikit-learn, PyTorch

Nice to have:

Real-time system development

Experience with cloud-based data pipelines and interfaces
