What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic data initiatives that directly impact product decisions and business outcomes
• Design and establish data modeling standards and governance frameworks
• Architect, implement, and optimize robust data infrastructure and pipelines for scalable data operations
• Serve as the authoritative data subject matter expert across the organization
• Collaborate with AI engineers to design data structures optimized for machine learning applications
• Develop sophisticated analytics and visualization solutions to deliver actionable business intelligence
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of combined experience in data engineering and analytics roles, with demonstrated expertise in both areas
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade data architectures
• Strong background in data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and analytics methodologies
• Demonstrated success translating complex business requirements into scalable data solutions
• Superior communication skills with ability to influence decision-making at all organizational levels
• Advanced dbt knowledge with proven experience building and maintaining production dbt models
• Expert-level SQL skills and strong proficiency with Python for complex data manipulation
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and their enterprise data services
• Deep knowledge of data transformation patterns and best practices
• Understanding of MLOps and the data requirements for production AI systems
