As part of CX Operations, Tech Ops is responsible for building and maintaining internal systems that power the Customer Experience organization. Our work centers on enhancing usability for both agents and customers, while developing new capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
Our projects require close collaboration with a wide range of departments, including R&D, Product, Marketing, and others — ensuring alignment and innovation across the company.
The Systems Integrator will support service management, adapting to new business needs—including one-time services, subscription-based services, and automated service fulfillment—while also developing and maintaining automation, data integrations, and agent productivity tools.
This role involves collaboration on projects with an additional Application Developer and Automation Specialist and different departments in Elementor to implement deflection systems and external applications using React and Node.js frameworks (e.g., subscription management apps, escalation apps) that enhance agent efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Lead technical execution, integrate CRM with AI tools, ensure data integrity, and optimize workflows (ticketing, routing, escalation).
Ensure platform stability and scalability, adapt to evolving business needs, and proactively resolve issues.
Develop and maintain API integrations with internal and external systems for smooth data flow, KPI tracking, and enhanced agent experience.
Support chatbot automation, self-service tools, and internal applications to boost efficiency.
Align with CX, engineering, and business teams to improve workflows, drive automation, and ensure scalable, secure system design.
