What You'll Do:

• Design and implement robust, scalable backend services for our treasury management platform
• Architect solutions in a distributed, cloud-native environment using modern tools to support highly scalable systems
• Collaborate with our data science team to integrate AI capabilities into our core product
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices that power our customer-facing applications
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
• Work directly with product and customer success team to understand customers’ challenges and design effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and frontend engineers

What You Need:

• 5+ years experience as a backend engineer, with participation in large-scale projects
• Strong proficiency with Python 3.x (3+ years of experience)
• Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platform
• Experience with API design and implementation
• Passion for software architecture, clean code, and testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience in the financial services or fintech space
• Background in treasury management, payments, or related financial domains
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and integration patterns
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures
• Experience with data streaming technologies (Kafka)
