Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Core Team Role

We’re a vertical AI startup building the next generation of HR products.

Our platform uses LLMs to unlock new types of optimizations and automations, enabling deep understanding of both candidates and companies at scale.

As a senior full-stack engineer, you’ll be one of our first developers, playing a key role in shaping the product and the R&D team.

Requirements

4+ years of full-stack experience, preferably in SaaS environments.

Passion for building beautiful and innovative products.

Deep understanding of modern UI frameworks (we use React over Next.js).

Experience building backend services (our stack includes TypeScript and Python with a messaging-based architecture).

Solid grasp of software architecture and design principles.

Experience working on AI/ML-based products is a plus.

Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working with product and design to shape features from concept to launch.

Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity.

Strong software engineering practices (testing, observability, code quality).

User-focused mindset.

Tech Stack: Flask, NextJS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes — all running on GCP.
